Salad with roast pork

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 150 g peas
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 150 g corn
  • 200 g roast pork, cold
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 5 drops of Tabasco
  • Herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the peas with the diced bell pepper, corn, and finely chopped roast pork. Thinly slice the onion and add it on top. Make a sauce from the dressing ingredients and pour it over all the ingredients. Instead of sugar, I use a little honey, and you can also add a few more drops of Tabasco.
