Salad with sour cream and lemon dressing

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of lettuce (e.g. lettuce, endive, iceberg lettuce, lollo etc.)
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 ½ tbsp maple syrup
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Trim the lettuce and cut or tear into strips. Combine the sour cream with lemon juice, maple syrup, and a pinch of salt and toss to coat the salad. Let it sit for a while before serving.
