Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 3 tomatoes, dried in oil
  • 300 g chicken breast fillet(s) or turkey fillet
  • 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • e.g. soy sauce
  • 400 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp herbs (frozen)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 day 6 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 6 hours 15 minutes

mixed salad with yogurt dressing and marinated turkey strips

First, cut the chicken or turkey into small strips and marinate them in a marinade made from tomato ketchup, mustard, and a little soy sauce. Half an hour is sufficient, but longer is better. Then, brown the meat in a pan. In the meantime, chop the lettuce and prepare the dressing. Mix the natural yogurt with the frozen herbs (I prefer Italian herbs), some salt and pepper, and the herb vinegar. Now chop the lettuce and toss everything together. When the chicken or turkey strips are cooked through, stir it into the salad while still warm and serve.
