Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 cup yogurt, lightly sweetened
  • 1 ½ tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • 2 tbsp oil (sunflower oil)
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 1 tbsp dill, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for mixed salad

Finely chop the onions, mince the garlic, and finely chop the chives. Mix all ingredients together.
