Salads Grande

The perfect salads grande recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,25 Iceberg lettuce
  • 2 Soft-Boiled eggs
  • 6 Discs Salami
  • 1 bullet Mozzarella
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Pk Salad herbs
  • 2 El Olive oil
  • 1 El Crema di balsamic vinegar
  • Mayonnaise
  1. Wash and chop the lettuce and place in a bowl. Cut the mozzarella into bite-sized pieces and add. Make a salad sauce from the packet of salad herbs (yes, it had to be done quickly ;-)), the olive oil and the balsamic vinegar and put on the salad.
  2. Arrange the dressed lettuce on a plate, cut the tomato into eighths and drape it on top, roll up the salami and insert as florets. Break open the now soft-boiled eggs (if you like, you can boil them hard) and place on top, fill with a little mayonnaise.
  3. A piece of wholemeal bread and a glass of apple spritzer and I could at least claim to have had a healthy dinner :-))
