Spicy Mozzarella

The perfect spicy mozzarella recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Pk Mini mozzarella balls
  • 3 Tl Chilli pepper paste from my KB
  • 1 Diced tomato
  • 0,25 Tl Salt
  • 1 Tl Chopped basil
  • 1 Tl Fresh oregano, chopped
  • 100 ml Olive oil
  1. Puree the tomato with the chilli-paprika paste from my cookbook with the salt, basil and oregano. Add as much olive oil until the marinade is not too runny, it depends on the tomato. Add the mini mozzarella balls and mix well.
  1. Eat if you are hungry 🙂 with some cocktail tomatoes. With a nice green salad or with spaghetti Bolognese.
  1. For the party, prepare the day before and leave to steep in a glass in the refrigerator overnight.
