Ingredients
- 2 packet Mini mozzarella balls
- 3 tsp Chilli pepper paste
- 1 Diced tomato
- 0,25 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chopped basil
- 1 tsp Fresh oregano, chopped
- 100 ml Olive oil
Instructions
- Puree the tomato with the chilli-paprika paste from my cookbook with the salt, basil and oregano. Add as much olive oil until the marinade is not too runny, it depends on the tomato. Add the mini mozzarella balls and mix well.
- Eat if you are hungry 🙂 with some cocktail tomatoes. With a nice green salad or with spaghetti Bolognese.
- For the party, prepare the day before and leave to steep in a glass in the refrigerator overnight.
