Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of quiche and tart dough
- 200 g cream
- 600 g zucchini
- 250 g smoked salmon
- salt and pepper
- oil
- 4 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
First, finely grate or thinly slice the zucchini. Fry in a little oil in a pan, adding salt and pepper. Allow any liquid produced during steaming to evaporate. Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the dough package. Meanwhile, pour the quiche dough into a cake tin or quiche dish and prick it several times with a fork. Mix the eggs with the cream and finely chopped salmon and season with a little salt and pepper. Be careful with the salt, as the salmon is salty. Mix the zucchini with the salmon in the egg and cream mixture and pour everything into the dish. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the eggs are completely set.
