Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 m.-large potatoes, floury
- 1 tomato(s)
- 4 salmon fillets, 125 g each, frozen
- 1 pack of spice mix for dill sauce, approx. 40 g
- 200 ml cream
- ½ tsp pepper
- 150 g Emmental cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (convection oven). Peel the potatoes and boil them in water for 30 minutes. Slice the cooked potatoes. Wash the tomato and slice it as well. Layer half of the potato slices in a baking dish and top with the frozen salmon fillets. Mix the dill seasoning with the cream and pepper and pour over the potatoes. Layer the tomato slices and the remaining potato slices on top, and finally sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
