a cold sauce for pasta

Finely dice the feta. Briefly blanch the tomatoes in hot water, rinse with cold water, and peel them. Then dice them as well. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic cloves, and mix everything in a bowl with plenty of olive oil. Then cut the salmon into strips and add to the sauce. Season with a little salt (feta and salmon are salty enough, so you can omit them if you like) and pepper, and let it marinate for at least half an hour. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente, toss with the sauce, and serve immediately.
