Salmon Fillet on Exotic Savoy Cabbage
The perfect salmon fillet on exotic savoy cabbage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Savoy cabbage – cut into 1cm wide strips
- 1 Diced onion
- 1 small Freshly diced mango
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp Curry powder (Indian)
- 250 g Cooking cream
- 4 Pieces Salmon fillet a 125g
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- Salt
- White milled pepper
- Heat the oil in the WOK and sauté the onion cubes until translucent. Add the curry powder and toast something with it .. Add the mango cubes and the savoy cabbage strips. Mix everything well, add cooking cream and simmer on medium heat for about 5-6 minutes.
- Salmon fillet (I used 2 salmon fillets and 2 wild salmon fillets each) with lime juice, salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on top of the savoy cabbage and let stand covered for 10-15 minutes while the WIrsing continues to simmer gently
- We had jasmine rice with it
