Salmon Fillet with Savoy Cabbage Noodles in Horseradish Sauce

The perfect salmon fillet with savoy cabbage noodles in horseradish sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Salmon fillet
  • 1 small head Savoy
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp Horseradish
  • 2 Onions
  • Pepper, salt, nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Organic lemon peel
  • 200 g Pasta penne
  • Oil for frying
  1. Finely dice the onions.
  2. Cut the sausage into fine strips.
  3. Heat the oil in a saucepan, fry the onions in it until translucent.
  4. Add the cream, stock and finely chopped savoy cabbage and stew for about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Then season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and lemon zest.
  6. In the meantime, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, drain and mix with the vegetables.
  7. Fry the salmon fillets in a pan with a little oil so that they still have a glassy core.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Arrange the salmon fillet with the savoy cabbage noodles on a plate.
