Salmon Fillet with Savoy Cabbage Noodles in Horseradish Sauce

- 2 Salmon fillet
- 1 small head Savoy
- 200 ml Cream
- 200 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Horseradish
- 2 Onions
- Pepper, salt, nutmeg
- 1 tsp Organic lemon peel
- 200 g Pasta penne
- Oil for frying
- Finely dice the onions.
- Cut the sausage into fine strips.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan, fry the onions in it until translucent.
- Add the cream, stock and finely chopped savoy cabbage and stew for about 15-20 minutes.
- Then season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and lemon zest.
- In the meantime, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, drain and mix with the vegetables.
- Fry the salmon fillets in a pan with a little oil so that they still have a glassy core.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Arrange the salmon fillet with the savoy cabbage noodles on a plate.
