Salmon Fillet with Paprika Vegetables and Potatoes in Wild Garlic Butter

- 1 kg Potatoes
- 1,5 tbsp Margarine
- Some wild garlic leaves
- 1,5 Paprika
- 1 Large onion
- Salt pepper
- 4 Salmon fillet
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 4 tbsp Oil
- Wash and cook potatoes. Chop the onion, wash the paprika and cut into strips, sauté in 1 tablespoon of oil, deglaze with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
- Peel the potatoes, quarter them lengthways. Heat the margarine, wash, chop and sauté the wild garlic, toss the potatoes in it.
- Season the salmon fillet and drizzle with lemon juice, fry in 3 tablespoons of oil on both sides over medium heat. Serve the salmon with potatoes and vegetables.
