Salmon Fillet with Paprika Vegetables and Potatoes in Wild Garlic Butter

The perfect salmon fillet with paprika vegetables and potatoes in wild garlic butter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Potatoes
  • 1,5 tbsp Margarine
  • Some wild garlic leaves
  • 1,5 Paprika
  • 1 Large onion
  • Salt pepper
  • 4 Salmon fillet
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  1. Wash and cook potatoes. Chop the onion, wash the paprika and cut into strips, sauté in 1 tablespoon of oil, deglaze with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Peel the potatoes, quarter them lengthways. Heat the margarine, wash, chop and sauté the wild garlic, toss the potatoes in it.
  3. Season the salmon fillet and drizzle with lemon juice, fry in 3 tablespoons of oil on both sides over medium heat. Serve the salmon with potatoes and vegetables.
