Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 rolls of topping dough from the refrigerated section
- 4 salmon fillets without skin
- 400 g shrimp(s), peeled, deveined
- 200 g herb cream cheese
- n. B. Salt and pepper from the mill
- n. B. Spice mix for fish and scampi
- e.g. milk or egg yolk for brushing
Instructions
Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Unroll the puff pastry and cut it in half vertically. Place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread with the herb cream cheese. Place one salmon fillet and 100g of prawns each in the center of each piece of puff pastry and season with salt, pepper, and, if desired, fish and scampi seasoning. Fold the long sides of the puff pastry inward so that it overlaps slightly, then the short ends. Press down to hold it in place. Brush with a little milk (or egg yolk if you like) and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) on the middle rack for about 25 minutes. Serve with a fresh, colorful salad.
