Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 10 minutes

Slice the salmon ham. Space the sliced salmon ham in the dehydrator, leaving enough space between each slice, and dehydrate at 70°C for about 6 hours, until crispy. Then, let the chips cool completely and store in a zip-lock bag.
