Salmon on leaf spinach with horseradish and dill topping

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g skinless salmon
  • 4 tsp horseradish from the jar
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 4 handfuls of fresh leaf spinach
  • 200 ml cream
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp onion granules
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Cut the salmon into wide strips. Finely chop the dill and mix with the sugar and horseradish. Chop the spinach and place it in a baking dish. Mix the cream with all the other ingredients and pour over the spinach. Place the salmon strips on top of the spinach and spread with the horseradish mixture. Bake in the hot oven for about 20 minutes.
