Salmon casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 260 g salmon, without skin
  • 125 g spirelli, uncooked
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • 200 ml cream
  • 250 ml chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp curry

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C fan/convection oven. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces. Place the pasta in a deep casserole dish. Finely chop the dill. Mix the salmon with all the other ingredients. Pour everything over the pasta and mix. Cook in the hot oven for about 20 minutes.
