- 150 g Leek

- Thaw the salmon, cut out the dark one in the middle (the cat will be happy), wash, pat dry and fry in a pan on both sides, season with salt and pepper
Vegetables and pasta
- Clean the leek, wash thoroughly, cut lengthways into thin strips
- Peel the carrots and cut into long strips with a peeler.
- Boil the pasta in salted water for about 1 minute. Add the vegetables and finish cooking, drain and drain.
Wild garlic hollandaise
- Wash the wild garlic and cut into small pieces.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, beat the egg yolks with a little lemon juice and water over the water bath until creamy.
- Now gradually fold in the melted butter, so that a nice creamy sauce is created.
- Add the wild garlic and season with salt and pepper.
