Breaded Liver …
The perfect breaded liver … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 150 g Potatoes
- Salt
- Some Milk
- Some butter
- Nutmeg
- 10 Blueberries fresh
- 50 g Sugar snap
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 125 g Fresh pork liver thinly sliced
- 1 Egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Pepper and salt
- Fat for frying
- Fresh smooth parsley
- Peel and wash potatoes, cut into cubes and cook in salted boiling water. Warm up the milk a little. Puree the potatoes with milk and butter. Season with nutmeg. Blueberries, wash, dry, mash a little with a fork and stir into the puree.
- Clean the sugar snap peas and blanch for 3 minutes in very lightly salted water. Remove from the water with a slotted spoon and add to ice-cold water. Drain and drain. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add sugar and let it caramelize slightly. Toss snow peas in it.
- Wash and dry the liver. Whisk the egg. Season the breadcrumbs with salt and pepper. Pull the liver through the egg. Turn in breadcrumbs. Repeat the whole thing again. Fry breaded liver in hot fat on both sides –
- Arrange the liver on a plate with the sugar snap peas and mashed potatoes. Garnish with parsley.
