Salmon roll with spinach and cream cheese

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g creamed spinach (frozen)
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g cheese, grated
  • 200 g cream cheese with herbs
  • 200 g smoked salmon, thinly sliced

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 9 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 9 hours 45 minutes

Thaw the spinach and mix it with the eggs. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with cheese. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes, until browned. Let cool slightly. Spread with cream cheese and top with the salmon slices. Slowly roll up from the long side and wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Refrigerate the roll for about 8 hours until ready to serve.
