Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

quick party food, suitable as finger food

Roll out the pizza dough and spread generously with the horseradish cream cheese. There may still be some leftovers. Leave a 2 cm border at the narrow end. Spread the salmon evenly over the cream cheese. Starting at the topped narrow side, loosely roll out the pizza dough and cut into 2-3 cm thick slices. Place these slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, cut side down. Mix the egg yolk with a few drops of condensed milk and brush the slices on top and sides. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for 20-25 minutes. Tastes best warm, but is also easy to prepare and great served cold as finger food at a party buffet.
