Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g puff pastry, rolled out
- 250 g cream cheese
- 400 g smoked salmon
- 1 jar horseradish
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Spread the cream cheese on the rolled-out puff pastry, top with salmon, and spread the horseradish paste on top. Roll up tightly and cut into approximately 2 cm thick slices. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
