Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of baking mix for pizza dough
  • 200 g salmon (smoked salmon)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • some dill, fresh or frozen
  • nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions and roll it out onto a greased baking sheet. Spread the smoked salmon first, then the onion sliced ​​into thin half rings, and then the grated cheese. Whisk together the sour cream, eggs, dill, nutmeg, salt, and pepper (season generously) and pour onto the baking sheet. The salmon, onion, and cheese should be covered. Be careful not to let the relatively liquid mixture run over the edges of the pizza dough. The mixture will set during baking. Bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 25 minutes.
