  • 400 g cottage cheese
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 2 avocados
  • ½ onion(s), red
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Chop the salmon into small pieces. Lightly season the cottage cheese with salt and pepper. Remove the avocado flesh from the skin, finely dice the garlic and onion. Squeeze the lemon, mix everything together, and season with salt and pepper. Peel the cucumber and cut into large cubes. Layer everything alternately in jars.
