Salmon Trout with Mustard and Harissa

The perfect salmon trout with mustard and harissa recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Salmon trout fillet
  • 250 g Cornmeal
  • Mustard medium hot
  • Harissa spice
  • Palmin
  • Salt
  1. Wash the fish, pat dry, remove the bones.
  2. Dust the skin side with corn flour.
  3. Brush the meat side with mustard and season with harissa.
  4. Sear the fillet on the skin side over medium heat, turn once briefly, then finish frying on the skin side.
  5. The skin becomes really crispy.
  6. Season with a little salt.
