  • 1 disc Rye bread
  • 1 tablespoon Coarse sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon Spiced pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 piece Pickled cucumber pickled
  1. Cut open the duck breast, season with salt, pepper, smear the bread and eat it. P.S. I forgot to photograph the cucumber. Sorry 🙁
