Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 slice(s) salmon, approx. 70 g
  • 1 onion(s), cut into rings
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, chopped
  • 1 red chili pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • e.g. olive oil

Salmon with curry

Sauté the sliced ​​onion, chopped garlic, and chopped chili peppers in a hot pan with olive oil. After 2-3 minutes, add 1 teaspoon of curry powder, a pinch of salt, and a ladle of hot water, and simmer for about 8 minutes. Sauté the salmon slices for about 2 minutes on each side, reduce the heat, and cook for about 3-5 minutes. Remove the salmon slices from the pan and keep warm. Add the yogurt to the pan and heat briefly, then return the fish slices to the pan and braise together for a few minutes. Serve warm with the onion mixture. 490 kcal per serving.
