Salmon with Tomato Sauce

The perfect salmon with tomato sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Salmon fillet frozen
  • 1 Can Chopped tomatoes
  • 0,5 bunch Basil
  • 1 Kl. onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Olive oil
  1. Put the tomatoes in a baking dish. Finely chop the onion, garlic and basil and place in the baking dish with the tomatoes. Add a little olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place the salmon on top and cover and cook in a preheated oven at 170 ° C for 40 minutes (if the salmon is frozen, the cooking time is extended by approx. 5 – 10 minutes). It goes well with loop noodles, grilled zucchini slices (previously marinated in a little oil with garlic and rosemary, salt, pepper) and freshly grated Parmesan.
