Ingredients
- 4 Discs Salmon frozen
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil
- Butter
- 150 ml White wine
- 1 Glass Fish stock
- 1 Glass Cream or milk
- Lemon
- 1 bunch Wild garlic fresh
Instructions
- Thaw the salmon, wash it well, pat dry, season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil with a little butter in a pan and fry the salmon on both sides for about 4 minutes, remove and keep warm, drizzle with a little lemon.
- Now deglaze the meat stock with the white wine, simmer a little, add the cream (milk) and the fish stock and season to taste again.
- Wash the wild garlic, shake it dry a little, chop it up and add it to the sauce. If you want, you can thicken the sauce a little, add salmon to the sauce to warm up.
