Ingredients
 

  • 4 Discs Salmon frozen
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil
  • Butter
  • 150 ml White wine
  • 1 Glass Fish stock
  • 1 Glass Cream or milk
  • Lemon
  • 1 bunch Wild garlic fresh

Instructions
 

  • Thaw the salmon, wash it well, pat dry, season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat the oil with a little butter in a pan and fry the salmon on both sides for about 4 minutes, remove and keep warm, drizzle with a little lemon.
  • Now deglaze the meat stock with the white wine, simmer a little, add the cream (milk) and the fish stock and season to taste again.
  • Wash the wild garlic, shake it dry a little, chop it up and add it to the sauce. If you want, you can thicken the sauce a little, add salmon to the sauce to warm up.
