Noodles with Shrimp and Wild Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Pasta
  • 2 cloves Garlic fresh
  • 200 g Creamy brunch
  • 400 g Small shrimp cooked
  • 1 handful Wild garlic frozen cut
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chilli from the mill
  • Potato starch
  • To tie

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions.
  • Put some oil in the pot and lightly sweat the freshly diced garlic. Add the crabs as well as the brunch. Finally mix in the wild garlic. Season everything with soy sauce and the chilli. Tie up with potato starch if necessary.
  • Pour the sauce over the pasta 🙂
