Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g salt
- Mustard
- pepper
- 3 garlic
- 1 ½ kg pork
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Brush the pork with mustard and sprinkle with pepper. Spread the salt on a baking sheet. Place the meat on the salt, slice the garlic, and add it to the roast. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for three hours. Do not turn. Then cut the meat into nice slices and serve with coleslaw and baguette, for example.
