Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g nuts or seeds
- 8 g salt
- 100 ml water

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Roast the nuts or seeds (here I used almonds and cashews) in a pan, stirring constantly, until they begin to brown and smell. Dissolve the salt in lukewarm water. Carefully deglaze the roasted nuts with the salt in three or four batches, stirring constantly until the water evaporates. You’ll be left with a light coating of salt on the seeds. Place them on a baking sheet and dry in the oven at 90°C for about 30 minutes.
