Salty Roast from Chicken Breast

The perfect salty roast from chicken breast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 450 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 1 toe Garlic
  • Sweet paprika
  • 500 g Salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees top / bottom heat. Rub the chicken breast with garlic and season with paprika powder. Line a baking dish with aluminum foil, sprinkle salt on it. Place the chicken breast fillets on the salt bed. Cook the whole thing up to a core temperature of 70 degrees. For me it was about 25 minutes.Only then open the oven again! The meat is tender as butter and contains almost no fat. Have fun cooking at home!
