  • 200 g ham (turkey ham), possibly a little more
  • 100 g sliced ​​cheese, maybe a little more
  • 100 g arugula
  • 10 cherry tomatoes

Brown the bacon in a nonstick pan and set aside. Layer: bread, crème fraîche, bacon, more bread, and crème fraîche. Then peeled and sliced ​​cucumber, more bread, mayonnaise, ham, bread, cheese, and a final layer of bread. Then cover the entire cake with crème fraîche and decorate with arugula.
