Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g pine nuts or sunflower seeds
- 50 g basil
- 2 garlic cloves or more
- salt and pepper
- 100 ml olive oil
- 50 g Parmesan
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Basil pesto
Dry roast the pine nuts or sunflower seeds in a pan. Then, tear the basil and add it to the blender. Add the garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil and blend. Then, add the pine nuts and pulse briefly. Finally, grate the Parmesan cheese, add it, and blend briefly again.
