Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) sandwich toast
  • 1 tsp spread (Brunch Sweet Thai Chili)
  • ½ slice(s) crusted ham
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 1 slice(s) cheese
  • chili flakes
  • some fresh herbs for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

With brunch, cooked ham, salad and cheese

Roll the sandwich slice very flat using a rolling pin or a bottle. Spread the spread evenly over the slice of bread. Place the ham on top of the spread. Place the lettuce leaf on top of the ham. Place the cheese on the lettuce leaf and sprinkle with chili flakes. Place the sandwich on a piece of cling film and wrap it tightly with the film. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Unroll the film, cut into slices, and place on a platter. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve.
