Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 large oranges
- 2 small oranges
- 50 g sugar
- 125 ml water
- ½ lemon(s)
- 2 bottles of wine (Rioja)
- possibly sparkling wine
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
without spirits
Squeeze the juice of the 4 large oranges into a punch bowl. Brush the small oranges under hot water. Cut into 1/2 cm thick slices and add to the juice. Bring the sugar and water to a boil, then let cool. Add the juice of half a lemon and the red wine to the bowl. Cover and chill for about 2 hours. If you like, add a little sparkling wine just before serving.
