Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bottle of red wine (e.g. Rioja)
- 15 cl rum, white
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 lemon(s)
- 1 orange(s)
- 1 apple
- 10 cloves
- 1 small bottle(s) of mineral water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 15 minutes
Let the wine, chopped fruit, and rum steep for 8 hours, then refrigerate for the last two hours. Dissolve the sugar in the water and add just before serving.
