Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bottle of red wine (e.g. Rioja)
  • 15 cl rum, white
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 10 cloves
  • 1 small bottle(s) of mineral water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 15 minutes

Let the wine, chopped fruit, and rum steep for 8 hours, then refrigerate for the last two hours. Dissolve the sugar in the water and add just before serving.
