Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g lamb’s lettuce
- 1 can of corn
- 80 g Parmesan
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp sugar
- olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the lamb’s lettuce, add the corn, and mix. Mince the garlic and mix it with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and sugar to make a vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle over the salad. Coarsely grate the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle the flakes over the salad.
