Sardine Paste
The perfect sardine paste recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 80 g Sardines canned in oil
- 0,5 piece Chopped onion
- 0,5 piece Diced apple
- 2 piece Pressed jacket potatoes
- 1 tbsp Tomato puree
- 1 tbsp Cream sour cream
- 1 tsp Grana Padano Parmesan, grated
- 3 Splash Tabasco
- 3 Splash Soup seasoning or soy sauce
- 1 Splash Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Ground pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika spice
- 1 tsp Garlic spice
- 1 pinch Dill seasoning
Sardine paste:
- Mash the fish, the chopped onion and the diced apple in a mixing bowl and mix with the remaining measured ingredients. If necessary, chop again with a food processor and fill into bowls.
Use:
- Suitable as a spread on bread and as a farce for fish fillets, with salads and when grilling.
