- 2 cans of sardines in oil
- 1 pack of goat cheese (Chavroux) or cream cheese or half and half)
- 1 lime(s)
- 1 Pepper
- 3 spring onions
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper

Blend the sardines with a little oil, the cheese, lemon juice, some grated lemon zest, finely chopped chili peppers, and a grind of pepper. Stir in the finely chopped spring onions. Let it sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours. A clever idea: Serve in the sardine cans!
