Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g sauerkraut
- 35 g ginger
- 2 handfuls of leeks, frozen
- 20 peppercorns, ground
- 150 g lentils, red, ground
- Oil, for frying
Instructions

Strain or squeeze the sauerkraut, reserving the juice, finely chop the sauerkraut, and place it in a bowl. Add 30g of finely chopped ginger, leek, ground pepper, and ground lentils. Mix together. If it’s too dry, add the strained sauerkraut juice. With wet hands, form 4 patties and fry in hot oil over reduced heat until well cooked, about 6-8 minutes per side.
