Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 50 g margarine
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp vodka
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • ¼ liter white wine
  • 7 tbsp water
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g chicken, cooked or fried
  • 200 g sausages (Mett)
  • 50 g smoked ham
  • 800 g sauerkraut, can
  • 3 apples

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the onion. Heat the margarine and brown the onion. Add the flour and vodka. Stir in the tomato paste, wine, and water, and season. Dice the chicken and ham, and slice the sausages. Peel, core, and quarter the apples. Stir them into the sauce along with the sauerkraut. Cook for about 60 minutes.
