Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 125 ml milk
- 125 ml oil, neutral
- 100 g sugar
- 250 g quark (can also be low-fat quark)
- 300 g flour
- 150 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 150 g margarine
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 kg plum(s), apples or other fruit, prepared for topping
- possibly pudding powder or applesauce

Simple and very quick preparation
Combine all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and mix with a wooden spoon (not a mixer!), but this is very easy. Roll out the dough and top with fruit (plums, apples) as desired. Tip: Spread some cake pudding on the dough before topping with plums. Before topping with apples, spread a little applesauce on the dough. Combine all the ingredients for the crumble topping in a bowl and knead into crumbles using a dough hook or by hand. Then spread over the fruit. Bake at 200°C (fan oven) for about 25 minutes.
