Sauerkraut with Rice

The perfect sauerkraut with rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Rice
  • 800 1 Dose Sauerkraut
  • 300 g Belly meat
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet paprika powder
  • 500 ml Water
  1. Cut the belly meat into small pieces.
  2. Sear the belly meat and then add the sauerkraut
  3. Add salt, pepper, paprika powder, rice, pour the water over it and stir well. Simmer on a low heat every now and then until the rice is good.
