  • salt and pepper
  • Vinegar
  • Sugar

Peel the onions and dice them into small pieces. Then place the diced onions in a bowl. Add the sour cream and crème fraîche. Add a little more cream a little at a time, stirring occasionally. You’ve added enough sour cream, cream, and crème fraîche when it forms a thick cream. Finally, season the cream with salt, pepper, and a little sugar. Add a splash of vinegar. Then, cover the onion sauce and let it sit in the refrigerator for a while. Afterward, serve it with beechwood-cooked potatoes and diced ham.
