Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g Camembert(s), mature
- 250 g double cream cheese
- 80 g butter
- Salt
- pepper
- Caraway seeds
- Paprika powder
- onion(s), finely chopped
- 5 tbsp beer
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mash the Camembert and cream cheese with a fork and mix together. Add the butter and the other ingredients. Blend until smooth. Finally, pour the beer over the mixture and mix thoroughly again. Serve with the pretzels and beer.
