Sausage and cheese salad with radishes

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g Gouda cheese, cut into sticks
  • 500 g sausage, ham sausage cut into sticks
  • 1 bunch spring onion(s), cleaned, cut into rings
  • 1 bunch radishes, cleaned, cut into sticks
  • 3 large gherkins, cut into sticks
  • 3 tbsp oil, tasteless
  • 3 tbsp white vinegar
  • 150 ml cucumber juice
  • Sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

a tasty summer salad to fill you up

Cut the Gouda, sausage, radishes, and cucumber into sticks. Slice the spring onions into thin rings. Mix the remaining ingredients into a marinade and pour it over everything. Mix everything well and let it sit for at least 2 hours. Serve with fresh ciabatta bread.
