refreshing with lots of vegetables

Finely chop the onions, basil leaves, and garlic clove. Dice the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, cheese (I recommend a spicy mountain cheese), sausage, and radish. If using spicy/hot radish, I recommend using significantly less, as otherwise the radish flavor will be too intense. Alternatively, you can substitute one or two additional tomatoes. Combine all prepared ingredients in a large salad bowl. Add water, olive oil, white wine vinegar, pepper, and salt, and stir well. The salad will taste better if it’s allowed to marinate for a while. I recommend half an hour. The salad can easily be refrigerated for a few hours or up to two days.
