Sausage Curry with Rice
The perfect sausage curry with rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 piece Curry sausages
- 250 g Chopped tomatoes
- 100 g Fresh mushrooms
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 Pc. Fresh onion
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Curry powder
- 1 pinch Sugar
- Salt and pepper
- 100 g Rice
- 200 ml Water
- Salt
- Peel the onion and cut into cubes. Clean the mushrooms and cut into strips. Wash the tomatoes, cut off the ends and quarter. Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces and fry them with the oil in a pan. Add the mushrooms, onions and tomatoes, and deglaze with about 50ml water. Season to taste with curry powder, salt and pepper and sugar, and simmer gently. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet. And serve with the sausage curry.
