  • 2 piece Thuringian bratwurst, peeled, in slices that swell around
  • 1 piece Onion, eighth
  • 1 piece Swiss chard leaves
  • 30 g Fresh celery

  • 50 g White cabbage, fine cut
  • 100 g Leek
  • 66 g Spiral pasta

Broth:

  • 1 tsp Instant broth, e.g. Homemade mass, gluten-free, see KB
  • 10 g Butter
  • 1,5 l Water
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 pinch Salt from the mill
