The perfect sausage dumpling broth with vegetables and noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Soup deposit:
- 2 piece Thuringian bratwurst, peeled, in slices that swell around
- 1 piece Onion, eighth
- 1 piece Swiss chard leaves
- 30 g Fresh celery
- 1 piece Medium sized carrot
- 1 tsp Finely chopped parsley
- 1 piece Mushroom, quartered
- 50 g White cabbage, fine cut
- 100 g Leek
- 66 g Spiral pasta
Broth:
- 1 tsp Instant broth, e.g. Homemade mass, gluten-free, see KB
- 10 g Butter
- 1,5 l Water
- 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
- 1 pinch Salt from the mill
Sausage dumpling broth with vegetables and noodles:
- First peel the raw sausage and cut it into slices, from which the boiled sausage dumplings are now swollen by simmering. Chop the vegetables, put everything together in a large saucepan and bring to the boil with the broth, add the pasta and simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
